Sunday morning service was opened with songs and prayer, Brother Roberts brought the message from John 19:30, “It Is Finished.”
Sunday evening was Singing and testimonies.
We are sorry to hear that Brother Roberts is under the weather, but, expect him to be better really soon.
Visiting Nora Edwards, while she was in the hospital and since her return home were Bob Edwards, Toby and Jacinda Edwards, Kendra and Shelden Walker, Robert Roberts, Kirby and Mary Mackey, Lauren Etheridge, Luther and Hazel Jackson, Ada Moody, Linda Boatman, Doyne Huffman, Larry and Donna Scribner, Miranda Milligan, Waynette Brown, Debbie Coble and Kallie Wallace. We appreciate everyone for prayers, cards, calls, visits, phone calls and food brought in to us while recuperating.
I have been busy, sewing, cooking and making Amish Friendship bread. It is so good I have some starters of it if anyone would like to have one.
Delmar planted potatoes and onions. We have a row of garlic up and looking nice and healthy.
Those visiting in our home during the week were, Stacie Hamby, Pauline Okhuysen, Bevy Moore, Donna Bannister and Amanda Mayberry.
I attended the graveside service for Jeanne Heinlein and was saddened of her passing. I had grown up around her and her family and attended church with them for many years.
I spent the night at the hospital with a neighbor on Friday then we made a trip to Springfield on Monday for followup doctor visits.
We are so privileged to have such wonderful neighbors.
The weather is sure different than normal for this time of year but we will enjoy it as long as we can.
