I had a busy week, on Tuesday, my cousin, James Miller, came to visit and we sure enjoyed the time we spent visiting. On Wednesday, we met Jack and Barb Breshears and Vern Deatherage at McDonald’s for a snack and visit. Then on Thursday, Pauline Okhuysen and I went to Springfield where I had a doctor appointment. We had a nice lunch and shopped around for awhile then ended our time in Springfield with a stop at Braum’s for dessert. Yumm. Then that evening, Delmar and I had supper at Vern and Kathleen Deatherage’s along with Nora Hunsaker and Lee Williams.
On Friday, I had appointments in Ava and also visited the Hodgson’s Mill store in Ava. Friday evening, Bevy Moore, Donna Bannister and I went to Nixa for a party given by Becky Carter. We had a really good time at the party and shopping afterward. Lots of laughing and fun. I sure love getting out with my daughters.
On Saturday, I attended the surprise 90th birthday party for Lola Graham. There were lots of people there. Then I went to Subway for the baby shower given in honor of my soon-to-be 5th great grandchild.
On Sunday, Delmar and I went to church then visited his sister and family, Ray and Delpha Roller and Shirley and Curtis Trent. Delpha had not been feeling well but is doing lots better.
