Gary and I went to Gary’s Aunt Gerry Walker’s funeral Saturday afternoon. She was 11 months younger than Gary’s mother. Sympathy to the rest of the family. Her daughter, Erin Ulm. Her sister, Barb Shortt, Mary Lee Myers and Maxine Turner and brother, Dale Barnum.
After the funeral we stopped at the Ava nursing home and visited Gary’s mother, Maxine Turner and Gary’s Aunt Barb Shortt.
Sunday afternoon, was our daughter, Honie Johnson’s birthday. Her and her husband Paul came down for supper.
The fire bug is still setting fires. The other night the neighbor that lives behind us got up around 3 a.m. and looked out his window to see the field on fire.
The other day Ed Potter had an accident, he got ran over by his tractor.
Sympathy to the Bill Bolding family. He fried fish for years for the Squires Fire Dept.
Saturday the 18th, Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell drove to the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville for Leroy Clayton’s visitation and funeral. Ella Faye Mitchell visited a few minutes with her cousin, Floyd Clayton.
Cindy Beaty recently had a stroke and is now back home from the hospital. Norma Doss has had hand surgery. She is dealing with the pain.
Ed and Lola Mayberry have another granddaughter.
Joshua and Samantha Mayberry are her parents.
Tiffanee Satterfield, Zoe Shull, Forrest Brooks, John and Zamber Little were weekend visitors in Ralph and Dana Brazeal’s home.
Wyatt and Liviya Wharton were Monday visitors in Dana and Ralph Brazeal’s home.
Howard Mitchell and his brother, Gary Mitchell went fishing Monday. Ella Faye Mitchell visited in Dana and Ralph Brazeal’s home.
