NOTICE OF LETTERS GRANTED
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ESTATE:
On the 27th day of December 2011, Sharon Cummings was appointed by the Probate Division of the Douglas County, Missouri Circuit Court as Personal Representative of the Estate of Cherie Helen Bristol, who died on March 15,2011 (hereafter referred to as “decedent”). The business address of the said Personal Representative is 34401 Cedar Ave, Apt. D-20, Yucaipa, CA 92399 and the Personal Representative’s attorney is Scott B. Stinson, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 554 Mtn. Grove, Missouri 65711.
All creditors of the decedent are notified to file claims in court within six months from the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred, or if a copy of this notice is mailed to, or served upon, a creditor by the personal representative, then within two months from the date it was mailed or served, whichever is later, such creditor shall be forever barred to the fullest extent permissible by law. Such six-month period and such such two-month do not extend the limitation period that would bar claims one year after the decedent’s death, as provided in section 473.444 R.S.Mo., or any other applicable limitation periods. Nothing in Section 473.033 R.S.Mo. shall be construed to bar any action against a decedent’s liability insurance carrier through a defendant ad litem pursuant to Section 573.021 R.S.Mo.
