“For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace,” Isaiah 9:6.
For God so loved the world He gave His only Begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
We thank God for the most precious gifts He could give, His only Son that made the way for us to have eternal life in Heaven if we only accept and believe in Him.
Brother Roy Frye read II Corinthians 1:8-22 for the devotion. He then asked for birthdays so we sang Happy Birthday to Jesus. We didn’t have Sunday school. Hunter Adams did the penny march for Camp Piland. Pastor David sang then preached from Isaiah on how everything about Jesus is wonderful.
Please pray for all the sick, bereaved, lost, military, country, travelers, and each other.
We wish everyone a very Happy and Blessed New Year. We pray everyone will find Jesus and put Him number one in their life. You will be glad you did.
