R.E. Helsley, Freeda Holt, and Nora Mae Edwards were visitors in the home of Tom and Jewell Johnson last week.
Carl and Joan Fletcher of Bois D’arc visited with Billy Fletcher, Saturday morning. Billy rode to Springfield with Edgar and Sharon Stewart one day last week. They were visiting with a friend in the hospital.
Norma Stillings attended the meeting of the Douglas and Ozark Counties RTA, Tuesday at noon. She attended the Support the Handicapped Board meeting Tuesday evening at the Sheltered Workshop then went to Larkin’s for dinner with the DoCo, Inc. Board members. Norma made her regular visits at Heart of the Ozarks and Rocky Ridge Healthcare Centers last week. She took part in some special “Santa Visits” at several area nursing homes this week with Hospice Compassus Volunteers and Staff. Norma’s part is to play the piano and sing some. The Santa Visit also includes Yorik the Tricky Dog who seems to enjoy all the attention he gets and the sharing of hand made Christmas cards made by elementary school students.
