We didn’t have Sunday school, so we had church at eleven o’clock.
We took up morning offering. Jessie Lafferty led the offering prayer.
We had congregational singing. Ashley and Jessie Lafferty, Ronnie Thomas, Susie Sisco, and Joe Lafferty did specials. Joe Lafferty preached the morning sermon in Philipians 2:1-13. We sang the invitational song and were dismissed by Roy Hampton. Wilma Hampton still is not doing too well. We still need to keep her in our prayers. She’s at home now.
Evening service started with singing. Jessie and Ashley Lafferty did a special as well as Joe Lafferty and Susie Sisco. Roy Hampton preached on St. John 14:22 and a few verses in the 15th chapter. Jesse Lafferty preached in Philippians 13-14 then I Peter, chapter 2. We had altar prayer for the many sick and lost and then we disimissed.
