I woke up on Sunday morning with a cough from sinus infection, so we didn’t attend church services.
The young children did a Christmas presentation and I understand they did a fine job. Next Sunday the teens class will be presenting a Christmas program at the 11:00 o’clock service.
We had visitors this week in our home, Bevy Moore and her friend Roxann, Donna Bannister, George and Violet Blakey, Pauline Okhuysen, Norman Rosseau, Stacie Hamby, Matt, Clarice and Merrilee Michael. We are hating to lose our good neighbors, Matt, Clarice and Merrilee Michael, who are moving to Datil, New Mexico because of her job transfer.
I talked to my cousin, Beverly Lester in ElCajon, California, she is in a care facility because of a stroke and car accident.
I also talked to my Aunt Violet Morris and she said Uncle Hugh is not doing too good.
We have been getting a little moisture in the form of rain and snow and we needed it for the soil.
Remember, just don’t get too busy and forget the reason for all the celebration is the birth of Christ.
