NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
The State of Missouri to Defendant, Delmar Adams. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Associate Circuit Court for the County of Douglas, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is for quiet title which affects the following described property situated in Taney County, Missouri, to-wit:
The E ½ NE ½ of 25-26-18 except the North 816 feet of even width of the NE ¼ NE 1/4 . The South ½ of Lots 1 and 2 of the NW ¼ and the NW ¼ NW ¼ of 30-26-17 except the North 816 feet of even width of the North ½ of Lot 2 of the NW ¼ (NW ¼ NW ¼), as per the recorded plat thereof Plat Book 348 at page 173 of the Douglas County Recorder’s Office.
The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Jonathon D. McDowell, 601 Walnut, Suite 20A, Kansas City, MO 64106. You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 9th day of December, 2011, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
