NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
For default in the payment of debt and performance of the obligations secured by deed of trust executed by Jimmie R. Engelhardt, Christy Engelhardt and Jennifer Engelhardt, all single persons, dated June 3, 2005, recorded on June 9, 2005, in Book 435 at Page 823, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee will on January 11, 2012, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and particularly at 1:00 p.m., at the North Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 S. 2nd Ave., Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in Douglas County, Missouri, described as:
The South 100 feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16 in Block “A”, Watson’s Addition in Douglas County, Missouri, as per plat recorded in Book 45 at Page 376 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder.
Also, that part of the NE ¼ SW ¼ of Section 12, Township 26, Range 16, described as commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 16, Block “A”, Watson’s Addition as per plat of record in Book 45 at Page 376, thence run North 100 feet, thence run East and to the West right-of-way line of Highway “FF”, thence run South following the said right-of-way line to a point directly East of the point of beginning, thence run West and to the point of beginning. Subject to all road right-of-ways, easements, restrictions, or reservations, of record.
Together with all rights, fixtures and improvements that are a part of said real estate, toward satisfaction of said debt and costs.
