I have been gone for a few weeks, but I am back and I will try and get some news to you.
We had our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner last night. We had a lot of good food and great fellowship. We had a good crowd and I believe everyone enjoyed themselves.
Bro. Marshall welcomed everyone this morning with a great good morning. We sang for the Lord. We had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Ulla. Bro. Marshall read scripture from Proverbs 19:1. Sister Lee brought our Sunday school lesson from Romans, chapter 6 verses 1 through 23. We had lots of class discussion. Good job, Sister Lee.
We sang for Jesus. We gave our gifts to the Lord and Sister Naomi blessed them. We had specials by Bro. Marshall and Sister Peggy.
Bro. Paul read scripture from Isaiah chapter 6 verses 1 through 13 and then prayed. God gave Bro. Paul a good message for us. We closed with a song and prayer led by Sister Mary.
The evening service began with our prayer circle. We had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Bro. Marvin.
We sang for the Lord and had specials by Sister Patsy, Sister Juanita and Bro. Marvin. Bro. Marvin gave the message for the evening service. It was a good message from God. Bro. Marvin used scripture from Luke, chapter 16 verses 19 through 31. Bro. Marvin closed with prayer. We had a song and closed in prayer.
Our Christmas program will be held Monday night , December 19 at 7 p.m. Come and join us celebrate the season.
There will be no Fourth Saturday Night Singing because of the holidays.
We will have only one service on Christmas Day at 10:00 a.m.
