Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday School after we sang. He read Hebrews 13:17-22 for the devotion. Pastor David prayed then Brother Roy dismissed us to our classes.
Brother Bobby took up the offering and Hunter Adams, Dailyn Stanifer and Austin Maggard did the penny march for Camp Piland.
Austin sang a special for us and Dailyn sang for us.
We had a special first time visitor Sunday morning. Pete Turley introduced baby Natalie to everyone. She is certainly beautiful and Grandpa Bobby and Grandma Angie are very proud of her.
We had several prayer concerns. Please pray for Betty Satterfield, Rick Bailey and family, Zamber Little, Jeannie Lee, Crystal Lee and family, Dara Strong, Dana Brazeal, Sue Thomas, Tom Elliott, Bessie Hall, Ethyl Versaw, Reece Goforth, Quin Breeding, military, country, Christmas program, all bereaved, unsaved, and unspoken, and those I have forgotten.
Pastor David sang then preached from Luke 2 on not forgetting about Jesus during Christmas.
We enjoyed our Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner after worship then practiced our program which is Sunday the 18th at 2:00 in the afternoon.
Don’t forget our Christmas service at 10:00 Christmas Day.
We dismissed our Sunday evening service and the next two Sunday evenings also.
