Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we all sang. He read Hebrews 6:13-20 for the devotion then dismissed us to class.
Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings. Dailyn Stanifer and Hunter Adams did the penny march for Camp Piland.
Pastor David sang then preached from John 16:7-15 on the work of the Holy Spirit.
The children watched The Three Trees and Drew Adams read a story to them. We also glittered some stars. (and the table and floor – so much fun!)
Sunday evening began with singing. Pastor David sang and preached from Luke 21:32-38. We must keep God first in our life and be ready at all times. Do not get caught up in worldly things or bring the world into our relationship with him or church with us.

Remember our upcoming events – Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner December 11 after morning worship and dismiss the evening service, Christmas program December 18 at 2:00 and dismiss evening services, Christmas Day service at 10:00 a.m. No Sunday school or evening service.
