Notice To: Jacob W. Stauffer, 204 West Main Street, West Plains, MO 65775; Travis W. Holthouse, 204 Est Main Street, West Plains, MO 65775; Rosemary Swearengin, Route 7 Box 7085, Ava, MO 65608; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN B. BROWN, DECEASED.
On November 21, 2011, a PETITION was filed by Rosemary Swearengin, with the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Douglas County, Missouri.
It is hereby ordered that a hearing be held on the PETITION. Said hearing shall be at 9:00 o’clock A.M., on the 27th day of December, 2011, in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Douglas County, in Ava, Missouri, and that notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by ordinary mail, as required by law, to all heirs, devisees and interested persons whose names and addresses appear in the records of this Court.
