The South Central Missouri – North Central Arkansas Civil War Roundtable will meet Saturday, Nov. 19, at the West Plains Public Library. The meeting time is from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The gathering is informal and attendees may come and go as their schedule permits.
There is no charge to attend.
