Sunday morning service was opened with Brother Cody Prock reading Psalms 37:4 then prayer. The Praise Team led some songs while the congregation greeted each other.

We were really glad to have Sonya Huff back in church . She was hurt while trying to free a horse from a pipe fence.

Brother Roberts then brought the morning message, # 3 of a series of Prayer, “Living a prayer Life and Let Us Pray Together.”

Sunday evening Brother Luther Jackson brought the devotion with several scriptures concerning the importance of prayer in our daily life.

Ryan Breshears and Shelden Walker had supper with Bob and Nora Edwards on Saturday evening.

Delmar and I made a trip to Windsor, Mo. on Tuesday  to visit with my Uncle Hugh and Aunt Violet Morris. We stayed in Windsor until Wednesday and had a nice visit with them. We also helped get them moved into another room that is arranged better to suit their needs. Uncle Hugh just sleeps most of the time but Aunt Violet keeps herself busy with sewing and crocheting. On our way home, we stopped in Fair Grove to visit Summer and Caidence Johnson.

On Thursday, I rode with Kathleen Deatherage and Nora Hunsaker to Rosewood Farms to look at crafts.

I was privileged to watch Mahayla Hamby for awhile on Thursday evening then Stacie, Lexie, Miley, Mahayla and Lucas ate supper with us.

We met Jack and Barb Breshears at McDonald’s for a snack on Wednesday evening. Donna Bannister came down on Friday and spent the day helping me clean and then put up Christmas trees.

We are thankful to have good neighbors. Pauline Okhuysen helped Delmar to try to unplug a drain on Saturday. Until next week, find your prayer closet and use it.
