It’s Monday again. Seems like time is moving on so fast. I think it rained all night from the way it looks today and the sun is coming out and warming up. The leaves are coming down fast and heavy.
Cathy reports that our Sgt. Clifton in Kuwait is calling home often. They are sleeping in tents and the nights are cool. They are going to class this month getting ready for next month. At Auxiliary Sunday I talked with a Navy Dentist. He said Clifton was in the best place to be. He had been there lots of times to take care of their teeth. He was a very nice young man.
I got to say hello to Betty Chapman after church Sunday. She tells me she is feeling fine. Her son, Dan, was walking with her. We missed Gladys this Sunday.
Geneva called me Friday to say Nadine and Arley are on their way back home from the Assisted Living place. Nadine is improving at this time. I am so happy they can be home. There is no place like home. She will soon be having a birthday and turning 86. I just wish them the best of health.
I also enjoyed a chat with Vivian Floyd at the St. John’s gift shop Sunday. She was there to visit a friend, but she was sent home and never got to see her.
Both church services were a blessing to all. It is always a blessing in singing. All our pastors are so blessed. We just love them all. To love as God loves.
The sun never stayed out very long. The trees are most beautiful and ever so colorful this fall.
With God’s blessing, enjoy your time.
