Opening Sunday school Roy Hampton read the 16th chapter of Mark 12th verse and led in prayer.
Lee Hampton taught the 7th chapter of St. John for our lesson. We omitted questions and answers because Wilma was ill. She also lost her brother, Elwood Williams.
We took up the morning offering. Clara Lafferty led the offering prayer.
Congregation sang and Susie Sisco, Ronnie Thomas and Clara Lafferty did specials. Joe Lafferty preached on St. John 12:25. We sang the invitational song and were dismissed by Ronnie Thomas.
Evening service started with singing. Susie Sisco sang a special. Roy Hampton preached from II Timothy 2:21, Matthew 9:10, Luke 8:39 and several more. It was a good message.
We sang an invitational song and Susie Sisco dismissed us in prayer.
We will have our Friday Night Singing at Breedon at 7 p.m. Everyone is always welcome. Bring snacks and we’ll have coffee and visit.
