Greeting in the name of the Lord.
Sunday morning services, God has blessed us with another beautiful day.
Prayer requests were asked for Larry Chance, Zelda Graham, Becky Burton, Reba N. Let us also remember the Linda Roberts family who lost a husband, father, and grandfather and we the church who lost a beloved member, deacon and a wonderful friend. Max always had a smile and a word of uplifting for the church. Our loss is heavens gain.
The morning message was started in I Corinthians 13:12, “For now, we see through a glass darkly, but then face to face. So many things on this earth, we do not understand, but later on, with Jesus it won’t matter.
We are told to know our earthly dwelling will decay, but God is building a heavenly tabernacle for us, and the promise it to be absent from this body of clay, is to be present with our heavenly Father.
Everything has a beginning and an end, so like the ten wise virgins, have your lamp trimmed, full of oil and waiting, for we know not the hour or the day.
Sunday evening service, we were blessed with the group “The Potters Wheel” They are truly a spirit filled group. If you haven’t had a chance to hear them, look for them and their advertisements.
If you don’t have a home church, join us at the corner of N.W. 6th Ave. and N.W. 7th St.
Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. is Bible Study, Sunday morning service , 10:00 Sunday school and 11:00 morning service. We would love to see you anytime you can make it. Sunday evnening service is at 6 p.m. Pastor Gary Moore, 417-683-6547.
