You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Douglas County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is a PETITION FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS.
The names of all parties to said suit are Respondent, Avery Simon Finch, natural Father of Averick B. Finch, Respondent Crystal Brooke Mesler, natural mother of Averick B. Finch, Douglas County Juvenile Office and Douglas County Children’s Division. The name and address of the attorney for the Petitioner, Douglas County Children’s Division, is Brook D. McCarrick, whose address is PO Box 1527, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading, or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforementioned petition within 45 days after the 3rd day of November, 2011, a judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Douglas County Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri.
