Moe and Kaylynn Todd came down Friday afternoon to her grandmother’s, Bonnie Phipps, and then they all went over to see Cecilia Edwards for a while and that evening the Todds went back home.
Debbie Cederlind came down Friday evening to Bonnie’s and stayed until Saturday afternoon with her mother before going home.
Carol Moore, Marie Dickey and Hellen Blakey went last Monday to Gainesville to their O.E.S. meeting and they had their Installation of New Officers for the coming year.
Kay Hutchison picked up my news last Tuesday because I was busy making apple butter.
Evelyn Bryan stopped by Thursday evening and picked up her eggs.
Kristie brought little Jett and left him for a few hours Friday morning until Kendra went to the dentist then she came by and took him back to the farm. Jett sure is growing He weighs 16 pounds now.
Friday night started our Fifth Sunday Meeting and all the messages that were brought were good, that was the first time I had heard Van Menzies preach and he was good, but David Dodson and Joshua Strong, I had heard before, and their messages were moving. Everyone that didn’t make it sure missed some good messages.
P.S. the food Saturday night between the two sermons was good too.
Kelsey brought me some more eggs Friday.
Saturday I took some eggs over to Marie Dickey.
Ellis dropped by for a while after I got back home.
Saturday afternoon Kendra brought Jett by and left him until Kristie got out of school and then she came and got him and took him home with her.
Carol Moore, Marie Dickey and Doris Morrison went to Plato to their O.E.S. Installation of New Officers Saturday night.
Sunday after church I went by and visited with Anita Smith before I went to the lodge hall to practice for our Installation of New Officers which will take place Friday night, we will eat at 6 p.m. and at 7 we will be installed into our new office.
My prayers and sympathy goes out to all who have lost a loved one.
Let’s keep those prayers going for all the sick folks because there are lots of them out there. Bessie Hall is our new one. Pray for our nation and the leaders and men and women in the service and their families and the ones in training.
