Upon stopping by Kindall Store this week, I could tell that it has been a busy spot in the neighborhood. Especially since so many have been coming out to look over the fall foliage. I purchased a couple of Charley Brindley’s books. Charley is the gentleman who purchased the store from our family and he is such a great writer.
The same evening we stopped by the store we also enjoyed a nice visit with daughter-in-law, Jeri Inman, and several of our family members at their Dogwood home. Later, in the week we enjoyed a pleasant surprise from oldest son, Jerry Inman who stopped by to have coffee with us on his way home from work. We really had a nice visit together.
Happy Birthday to Virgil Hunt this week. He will celebrate on Halloween. Virgil continues to reside at Mercy Villa and is in need of our prayers as he takes radiation for a brain tumor. He is such a great and kind man and we pray that God will heal him. I had a nice visit with him by phone and he is praying that God’s will, will take place in his life. God bless him. Also, happy birthday this week to our friend, Jo Ann Kelly. She is recovering from a broken foot and we have missed seeing her lately.
Please remember our family friend, Helen Jackson, in your prayers. She is presently at St. John’s and they are trying to figure out what is going on with her health. She has been a resident at Webco Manor for some time now.
Hope to see you out this way in the near future. God Bless you all.
