On Wednesday we had 7 people attend Bible study. We had many prayer requests that we mentioned up to the Lord.
On Sunday morning we started out with our prayer requests. We had 15 adults attend Bible school and six children. The adults studied the gospel of John in the first chapter and the children learned about the crucifixion of Jesus. After Sunday school the kids sang some wonderful songs and had their penny march. We had 23 people attend morning worship. We sang songs and Brother Scott delivered the morning message from Revelations 3:1-6. What an important message to hear; that it is time we think about our salvation and start preparing for eternity, so that we may be found Holy and acceptable in the sight of God, rather than be cast into Hell. As a church in it’s entirety I hope we are listening.
We had 23 attend evening services also. We had many requests for prayer, we had a wonderful song services and heard wonderful testimonies of the work that the Lord has done in people’s lives. Specials were performed by Scott, Lyndon, Larry, Gin, DeeDee, DiAnne and Madalyn. Bro. Scott brought forth our evening message, “Faith is necessary to please God,” from Hebrews 11:1-7.
