That part of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 14, Township 26, Range 16, described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said forty and running thence East 110 yards, thence run South and to a point of intersection with the West line of the right-of-way of State Highway #5 where now located; Being at a point 647.85 feet South of the North line of said forty, for a TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run West and to the West line of said SW1/4NE1/4, thence run South and to the Southwest corner of said forty, thence run East and to the West right-of-way line of State Highway #5, thence follow said West right-of-way line of said Highway in a Northerly direction and to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
