Yes, spring still sets off gardening fever for Leoma Mackey, even at the age of 95. The garden has to be plowed; a furrow thrown up for sweet potatoes. She was at it again this past spring, and here she is with her haul of sweet potatoes–part of it anyway. The tradition of making garden dies hard in the Missouri Ozarks.
