Hope everyone is enjoying this weather as much as we are.
Dick Richards went to the farm machinery auction, at Crain with Terry Nelson and Danny Davis last Tuesday. They hadn’t been over there for a while.
Several people from Goodhope General Baptist Church had dinner in Ozark on the 23rd, then went to the Stained Glass Theatre to see the play, Welcome to Joe’s. The next play will start on November 3rd. It will be Silver Bells. It is a Christian Minsitry.
I went to the nursing home Tuesday to visit with my sister-in-laws, Peggy Jenkins and Irene Richards and my cousin, Goldie Miller.
Kailey Thompson and some other children missed school one day last week with a bug. Thank goodness with help from the doctors it didn’t last long.
Kenny and Seth Hunt have been doing some bow hunting here on our place. No luck so far. There were a lot of people at the Plainview School Saturday evening for the school carnival. The parking lot was full. They were parking along the side of the road.
Norma Cross, Kenny Hunt and I met at J.D. and Angie Todd’s house Saturday along with our aunt, Vi Twibble in Ozark Saturday.
Norma shampooed two rooms for me last week. I’m lucky to have a sister that wants to help her old sister.
Dick and I had a good visit with Helen Dobbins last week.
Until next time, God bless.
