Sunday school opepend with a good morning from Bro. Marshall. We sang for Jesus and had many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Mary. Bro. Marshall read scripture from Proverbs 11:23.
We were very glad to see Bro. Dallas and family back with us. Bro. Dallas opened Sunday school with prayer. Bro. Dallas asked for some one to read the lesson scripture. Bro. Marshall read from Acts 26:1-32. Bro. Dallas explained the lesson with the class discussing and making comments about the lesson.
We gave our gifts for the Lord and Sister Naomi gave the blessing over it.
We sang for the Lord. The choir was good size and in very good voice. We had specials by Sister Peggy and Bro. Marshall.
Bro. Paul opened the morning service with a good morning. Bro. Paul read scripture from Matthew 25:14-30. He then prayed. Bro. Paul gave a good message from the Lord. We closed with a song and prayer from Bro. Paul Sister Mary dismissed in prayer.
The evening service opened with our prayer circle. We had many prayer requests for the lost, the sick, our families, our church and our up and coming revival and each other. Prayer was led by Bro. Marshall. We sang some good hymns for the Lord. Sister Ulla led in prayer. We had specials by Sister Peggy and Bro. Marshall.
Bro. Paul read scripture from Revelations 3:1-6. He gave us a good message from the Lord. Sister Juanita dismissed in prayer.
We will be having our chili and hot dog feed this Saturday night, October 8 at 6 p.m. Come and join us for some good food and fellowship.
Our revival begins October 17 at 7 p.m. each night. Bro. Danny Cottengim will be the speaker. Come and get a blessing. We will have special singing each night so bring your songs and instruments and praise the Lord.
