From the Douglas County
Public Library
The Douglas County Public Library recently partnered with Overdrive to offer e-books for checkout which can be downloaded to a computer or mobile device. At the time, this service was not available to be used with the Amazon Kindle, but now we are happy to report that it is compatible. E-books may be downloaded to both the Barnes and Noble Nook and the Amazon Kindle.
It is very easy to get started. Just visit www.molib2go.org, or the library’s website at douglas countylibrary.lib.mo.us.
We want to remind everyone that we also offer free WiFi service for those who want to access the Internet with their own laptop computers.
