Progressive Ozark Banks of Hartville and Mountain Grove have teamed up to give a very generous $1,000 gift to the Wright County Children’s Home.
Steve Moody, of the Mountain Grove branch, and Mark Hyde, of the Hartville Branch, presented the checks to WCCH administrator Jeremy Eden, and assistant administrator Jessica McCleary.
The gift was given in correlation with the upcoming 8th annual benefit Dinner and Auction for the Home.
The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Norwood High School gymnasium. The doors will open at 4 p.m. There will be lots of fun items to bid on this year including St. Louis Cardinals tickets and sports memorabilia including an autographed glossy 8×10 photo of Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles.
There will also be Branson area tickets, lodging, and dining, as well as many items from local businesses and organizations. A delicious pulled pork dinner will be provided by Burger Barn once again this year, so come hungry and ready to find a bargain on some great items. The live auction will be administered by Shawn Chadwell
