Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after congregational singing. Pastor David prayed for our prayer request then Brother Roy read I King s 3:5-14 for our devotion and dismissed us to class.
Please pray for the Hicks and Barker families and all other bereaved, Betty Satterfield and family, Rick Bailey and family, Zelda Graham, Crystal Lee, Jeannie Miller, Norman Talbert, Tom Elliott, Kathy and Anna, other cancer patients, Glen and Lousie Simpson, Dara Strong and family, Dana and Ralph Brazeal, country and leaders, military, church and each other, unsaved, and unspoken.
Brother Bobby Turley took up the tithes and offerings. Dailyn Stanifer and Wyatt Wharton did the penny march for Camp Piland.
Pastor David sang then preached from Exodus 32:30-35. Moses made inercession for the sins of the people. Christ is our intercessor, but we as Christians need to be the intercessor between the lost and Christ. God said He would blot out those that sin against Him. We need to think about that.
We missed Brian, Kerry and boys and Louise, Brad, Becky, Linda and family, Dara, Dana and families.
We were glad to have Violet Stanifer, Dailyn and Lidia with us and Mr. Downs. We pray you feel welcome and wanted.
Sunday evening was our singing night. We appreciate Macee, Betty, Rick, Pastor David and congrgegation for all the good songs.
Our hayride and weiner roast will be October 8 at 5 p.m.
