Our activities for this week include OATS bus Douglas County to Ava on Monday; OATS bus to Ava on Friday; Arthritis exercise class on Monday and Wednesday at 10:00; OATS Board meeting on Tuesday, Line dancing at 12:30 on Tuesday and Alternative Opportunities on Wednesday at 10:30.  Grace Health Care will provide the foot clinic on Thursday from 9 to 3, but you must call 683-5712 for an appointment.  As always, the driver’s written and driving exam will be on Thursday from 9:30 to 3:30, with a break at noon.

Our menu is Monday, September 26—Cashew chicken, rice, egg roll, oriental vegetables and cookie.  Tuesday, September 27—Beef stew, biscuit, salad, bread pudding.  Wednesday, September 28—Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, roll, jell-o with fruit.  Thursday, September 29—Ham, sweet potatoes, slaw, roll, cheese cake.  Friday, September 30—Chili, crackers, peanut butter sandwich, carrots, and fruit.  The suggested donation is $3.50 for seniors over age 60.  If you do not like the menu for a particular day, you can call by 10:00 a.m. and ask for a different entrée.
