Billy Fletcher went with Edgar and Sharon Stewart for lunch Sunday at Rusty Spurs in Seymour to celebrate Edgar’s birthday. Billy’s Aunt Jean Daugherty visited with him several times this week.
Cliff and Debra Bohnstedt drove down from Springfield, Monday morning to visit with Debra’s mother, Norma Stillings. Debra prepared a favorite potato soup and baked Finnish pulla bread. Norma had some cucumbers and tomatoes. Debra also had made a fried bread with a sweet filling that topped off the meal very nicely. Alan Stillings and Stanley Stillings joined the group for lunch and a visit afterward.
Norma Stillings had made her visits at the Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center and was happy to be there when the state survey team announced that they had found zero deficiencies. All the concerns that were found had already been recognized and were being addressed. A lot of residents are involved in various activities throughout each month. There is also a lot of family and volunteer involvement from this community.
