Last weeks news – Our attendance for Wednesday night Bible study was 16. This week we continued our study over the book of Genesis.
Sunday morning we started out with prayer requests. Sunday school lesson was over Luke 16-17:11. After Sunday school we sang songs and heard testimonies. Bro. Scott delivered our morning message from the book of Acts 3:2-10. This story of the healing of the lame man, is a wonderful story and testimony of the strength and authority we have through Jesus, and the one thing that we can share and give freely to others that will profit them more than any amount of money or worldly riches could. So I urge all Christians who see someone struggling, offer Christ to them, it is the best help and hope they could ever receive. Our attendance for Sunday morning service was 24. We started out evening services with several prayer requests and many praise reports of answered prayers. Our attendance for our night service was 30. We had specials by Bro. Scott, Sis. Virginia, Bro. Larry, Sis. DiAnne and Bro. Squeak. Our message for the evening was delivered by Bro. Scott from Galatians 5:1-9. “ A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.” Being covered by the blood of Jesus will break you loose of the entanglement of bondage in sin. It takes a circumcision of the heart of all the junk of the world, a renewing of the heart. When we stand with Christ we have liberty.
