PUBLIC NOTICE
The Douglas County Commission
has been petitioned to close part of
County Road 337-D as described.
The part of County Road #337-D ( N-337 on county plat book) described as beginning at the point where County Road #337-D intersects the South line of the S-1/2 of section 24, Township 25, Range 14, for a TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID ABANDONMENT, thence follow said road in a Northerly direction, through the S-1/2 of section 24 and running through the E1/2NW1/4 of said Section 24 and ending within the NE1/4NW1/4 of said Section 24, Township 25, Range 14.
