Ava Senior Center

We appreciate all those who brought in fresh garden produce to the Center this summer and fall. We enjoyed all of them.

Some of the items to bid on at our silent auction are a can of 60 packets of heirloom garden seeds from Baker Creek Seed in Mansfield, an autographed 8×10 color picture of Jamaal Charles, from the Kansas City Chiefs and a mini helmet from the St. Louis Rams, autographed by Mark Clayton.

We also have DVD’s from Mickey Gilley and Shoji Tabuchi and tickets from Wild Animal Safari in Rogersville; Passion Play in Eureka Springs; “In the Mood” at Juanita K. Hammons Hall; Stained Glass Theatre in Ozark; and tickets from these Branson businesses: Andy Williams, Baldknobbers, Branson Mall Entertainment Complex, Butterfly Palace, Clay Cooper, Duttons, Grand Country Music Hall, Hollywood Wax Museum, Hughes Brothers, IMAX Theatre, Kirby VanBurch, New Shanghai Theatre, Ride the Ducks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Shepherd of the Hills, Showboat Branson Belle, Silver Dollar City, Toy Museum, and the Veterans Memorial Museum.

There are a number of handmade wooden cedar magazine racks, jewelry boxes and bird feeders made by Claude Coberly placed in the silent auction.
