This news from the desk of Ellis and Emmalyn Stephens. Visiting Ellis and Emmalyn were Jackie Poole from Rogersville, Mike and Connie Burris and Charlotte Koop and Jo and John Stephens. Ellis had to see two doctors in Springfield on Monday and Wednesday. Emmalyn took Edna Frye to the doctor on Monday also. On Saturday Emmalyn helped with the food bar at the ballgame for Crystal Lee. Norma Jones attended the open house at Ava Tire Shop on Saturday and enjoyed the music and the food was great. There was a large crowd that attended and all seemed to have a good time.
