Patricia Ann Brazeal, 73 years, passed away on Aug. 26, 2011 at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, Mo.
Pat was born March 1, 1938 in Junction City, Kan., to Eleanor “Gussy” and Walter Smith.
Pat is survived by four sons and their spouses, Larry and Jean Brazeal, Springfield, Mo., Rodney and Vicki Brazeal, Bodfish, Calif., Ralph and Dana Brazeal, Wasola, Mo., and Westley and Lisa Brazeal, Ava, Mo.; one daughter and husband, Caroline and Dale Souders, Trenton, Mo.; three sisters, Leah Smith, Concordia, Kan.,Laura Smith, Batavia, Ill., and Nona Lindsay, Lenexa, Kan.; many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Pat were Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 10 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, with burial in the Dennis-Brazeal Cemetery, Mansfield, Mo.
