Sunday school began with a good morning from Bro. Marshall. We sang for Jesus. We had prayer requests and there were many. Prayer was led by Sister Alice. Bro. Marshall read scripture from Proverbs 3:1-4.
Bro. Dallas began Sunday school with prayer. Bro. Dallas reviewed last weeks lesson from Acts 21:22-40. Sister Edwina read scripture from Acts 22:22-30. Bro. Dallas continued the lesson. We had a lot of class discussion and comments.
We sang Happy Birthday to Joshua and he turned eight today.
We gave our gifts to God and Sister Juanita gave the blessing upon them.
We sang some good hymns for the Lord. We had specials from Bro. Marshall and Sister Peggy. Bro. Paul gave a good morning to all. He read scripture from Matthew 25:1-13. A great message from the Lord followed. We closed with a song and prayer by Bro. Marshall. Bro. Marshall blessed the food we had after the service along with some great fellowship.
Some of us went to the Fourth Sunday Singing at Dogwood Church of the Nazarene. They have a beautiful new church full of the Holy Spirit. God will surely bless them.
Our evening service began with our prayer circle. Many prayer requests. Sister Ulla led in prayer. We sang for Jesus. Sister Juanita led in prayer. We had a special from Bro. Marshall.
Bro. Paul read scripture from Luke 13:6-9. He gave us a great message from God. We had testimonies and scripture read from the congregation. We closed in prayer led by Sister Mary.
