We stood to read our devotional from Proverbs 22. Prayer requests were given for Larry Hampton, Paula Calmer, Lane Jenkins, Earlein Owens’ family, our service today and lost loved ones. We all need the Lord. Stan Humbyrd prayed this prayer.
Happy birthday was sung to Danny Johnson, Jenin Humbyrd and Jaylin Wilson. God bless you each one. Brad Siler prayed the offertory prayer as he and Martin Hodges received our Lord’s tithes and offerings.
Danny Johnson led us in songs and gave a testimony. He said, “This is the last time you will see me in my 50’s”. Have a great 60th, Danny. Continue to enjoy your salvation. Other testimonies were shared about the great God we serve.
Pastor Neal read from Luke 9. Jesus sent his apostles out and gave them power and authority. He has also sent us.
At 6 p.m., Stan Humbyrd prayed the opening prayer followed by singing. Testimonies were shared. Danny and Connie Johnson and Rhonda Dobbs sang.
Prayer requests were given for our schools, staff and kids. Let us always pray for their safety and guidance.
Pastor Neal continued in Luke 9. Jesus and his apostles went aside privately into a desert place and the feeding of 5,000. They were filled and 12 baskets were taken up. Jesus has all we need in abundance.

We have prayer meeting on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. and Bible study in Exodus on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Come and worship with us.
