A good morning to all our readers. We hope everyone had a good and safe weekend.
We are very thankful for the rain that we got. It was needed very much as some yards were turning brown and the flowers looking kinda sick.
We send get well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals and the nursing homes. Our sympathy to all who has lost loved ones. May God bless you in your time of sorrow, our thoughts are with you.
We send greetings to all who has a birthday at this time, may you have a great day with many more to come.
On Thursday we had our monthly dinner with 19 residents attending along with four guests. The fried chicken was a great hit for everyone. Our hats are off to Emmalyn for all her hard work, and a thank you to the rest for the wonderful side dishes that went along with the chicken. Our special guest was Jacob Glover and Erin Ewers from Access Home Health Agency. A good time was had by all.
Ellis and Emmalyn Stephens attended the singing at Dogwood Church for Crystal Lee on Friday night. Peggy Greene and Norma Jones attended also. The benefit had a great turnout with the singing being a blessing to those who attended.
On Saturday, Norma, Naomi, Jacob and Peggy Greene helped Amy June Watkins celebrate an early birthday.
No news turned in this week, so no limb to climb out on at this time so stay healthy, cool and safe till next week. Smile and remember ”Jesus Loves You.”
