Sunday school began with a good message from Bro. Marshall. There were prayer request for families, the lost, our church, the sick and each other. We sang for the Lord. Bro. Dallas prayed and had scripture read from Acts 21:21-30 and then continued into Acts 22:1-21. He reviewed some from our lesson last week and then went into the lesson for this Sunday. We had class discussion and comments.
We sang for the Lord. Our piano players were missing so Bro. Marhsall with Cheyenne Welch made beautiful music for all to sing with. We gathered our gifts for the Lord and Sister Mary blessed the offering. There were some good specials.
Bro. Paul read scripture from Matthew 7:13-20. He gave us a good message from the Lord. We closed with a song and prayer.
Our prayer circle began with many prayer requests. Prayer was led by Sister Sharon. We sang some good hymns and had specials by Bro. Marshall, Sister Peggy and Sister Sharon. Sister Ulla led in prayer.
Bro. Paul read scripture from Daniel 6:1-21. He gave us a good message from the Lord. Sister Juanita dismissed us in prayer.
We will be having our Fourth Saturday Night Singing this Saturday night August the 27th at 7:00 p.m. Bring your instruments and join us for an evening of music and fellowship.
We will have dinner following the Sunday morning service. We will have lots of food and fellowship. Come join us.
