NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debt and the performance of the obligations of the notes described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated September 1, 2005 executed by Casey McCoy and Valerie McCoy, husband and wife, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on September 9, 2005, at 12:38 P.M., in Book 439 at Pages 655-660, conveying to the Trustee property including the following described property in Douglas County, Missouri, to-wit:
That part of the NE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 14, Township 27, Range 17, which lies North of the Public Road as now located, EXCEPT that part of said forty described as commencing at the point where the center of the Public Road intersects the West line of said forty and thence follows the center of the Public Road in a Northeasterly direction for a distance of 300 feet, thence North to the Branch, thence following the center of the Branch in a Northeasterly direction to the intersection with the North line of said forty, thence West along said forty line to the Northwest corner, thence South along forty line to point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT that part of said forty described as commencing at a point where the NE corner of said forty intersects the center of County Road #K-546 (a/k/a Public Road), thence Southwesterly along said County Road approximately 366 feet to a steel pin at the SE corner of the yard, thence due North approximately 222 feet to the center of the Branch, thence Northeasterly along the center of the Branch approximately 55 feet to the North line of said forty, thence due East along the North line of said forty approximately 352 feet to the point of beginning.
At the request of the legal holder of said note who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Thursday, September 15, 2011, to-wit at 1:00 p.m., sell said property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the steeps of the County Court House, in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
