Bryant Heights

Since Sunday evenly we have had several rain showers and a cool down, very good for all who works out side.

It came as a shock Wednesday morning when Rev. Oscar Cunningham was taken to Cox hospital after a heart attack and some time in the night his Angel came to take him to his heavenly home.  His service will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Seminole Baptist Temple.   For the last two Sundays he was preaching in Arkansas, and was to be there again this past Sunday.  He will be missed by many, our sympathy to Gladys and all the family.

Pastor Don and Becky was in Texas most of last week on church business, they also enjoyed a stay with their daughter-in-law and three grandchildren, was home to preach Sunday.

I was in Ava Friday and Saturday and Dave and Cathy, Friday night at the Hitching Post for dinner was Ruby and Pete Proctor, Alice, and family, Jerry his wife, Jim, Roger, his wife, Joyce and Don, Carol and husband all from Iowa, visiting in Mtn. Grove, going home Sunday.

We are all thankful for the good rain and cool down this week.
