For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by Max Allgood and Mary Ann Allgood, dated February 18, 2009, and recorded on March 2, 2009, Document No. 090310 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on September 2, 2011, at 9:00 AM, at the Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
The Land Referred To Herein Below Is Situated In The County Of Douglas, State Of MO, and is described as follows:
Tract No. 1: The Northeast Quarter Of the Southwest Quarter Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 26, Township 27, Range 16, Subject To Right Of Way For County Road, As It Now Runs.
Tract No. 2: The NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 27, Range 16, except 1 acre heretofore conveyed for cemetery purposes.
