Alberta “Peach” (Mackey) Sellers peacefully passed away from this life into the presence of her Lord on Aug. 3, 2011.
Alberta was born March 9, 1927, in Rome, Mo., to Lee and Jewell (Ritchie) Mackey. She was married to Leon Sellers on April 7, 1943, and they had 68 blessed years together.
Alberta was a very creative and talented artist, showing her work while traveling through many states in their RV. She also loved her Colorado mountains.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Lawrence, Willard and infant brother, Neal.
She is survived by her husband, Leon; daughter, Pamela (Stanley) Erjavec; sisters Wanda, Ann and Bonnie; brothers Bill, Larry and Glenn, all of Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
At her request no viewing or services will be held. Cremation is by Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
