Edgar and Sharon Stewart took Sue Hartgraves and Billy Fletcher to doctors appointments in Springfield, Thursday. Saturday, Billy’s cousins, Tom and Connie Knepp, of Iowa City, Iowa visited with him. Donald and Paulette Fletcher of Fair Grove and their granddaughter, Marlene Edgeman, visited with Billy, Sunday.
Norma Stillings had one of those very busy weeks. There was Vacation Bible School each evening at church last week. Norma made her regular visit to the Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center, Tuesday afternoon, and a Support the Handicapped meeting that evening. Wednesday morning Norma took her friend, Paulette Walls to a medical appointment in Springfield. Thursday there was a meeting at the Court House with auditors. Norma cooked supper for Jonathan and Sarah Williams, Thursday evening before Bible School. Norma played the piano and visited at Rocky Ridge in Mansfield, Friday and Saturday, she played the piano and visited again at Heart of the Ozarks. In between, there were reports to be written, laundry and housework to be done, and trips to the health department and the bank. Everything had to be scheduled carefully, but it all got done.
