Happy birthday in August to Austin Maggard. We sang happy birthday to Sister Betty Satterfield.
Brother Roy Frye opened Sunday school after we sang. Pastor David prayed then Brother Roy read II Corinthians 7:5-11 for our devotion.

Hunter sang a special for us and did the penny march for Camp Piland. Pastor David sang then preached from Revelation 1:4-6. Jesus Christ, the faithful witness for us. He is our Saviour. The one who died on the cross so that we could spend eternity in Heaven. We have to do our part by coming humbly to Him when He calls. He will love us and embrace us when we do. God forgives and forgets all our sins. There is nothing too big for Him to forgive. Try it and you won’t be sorry. An awesome message.
Saturday we had our Vacation Bible School. The kids enjoyed learning the songs and verses, making crafts, eating lunch and playing outside.
Sunday evening we had our Bible School Program. The theme was “Walking With Jesus.: We used III John 4, Isaiah 30:21, II Corinthians 5:7, and Psalm 119:105 for our scriptures. Everyone enjoyed the program then went downstairs to see all the things the kids made and then enjoyed snacks. We appreciate all the helpers.
