Ken and Debbie Cederlind came down Sunday morning and went to church with Bonnie Phipps and then after church they all attended the wedding shower for Cody and Lily Freeman at the church.
Violet Blakey brought me some green beans last Monday and I pickled them.
I took my news in last Tuesday and I went by Marie Dickey’s before I went home.
Wednesday I had a doctor’s appointment in Ozark and Monica met me there and then we went on to Springfield where I left my car at Hellen Nettleton’s and went with Monica on to see my eye doctor then we came back to Hellen’s and Monica went on to work. Hellen had her granddaughter, Hellen Marie McIntyre, who was there visiting her grandmother.
Hellen said her sister was coming up Friday and the three of them were going to the fair.
I stayed with them until my eyes cleared up and I came on home.
James dropped me off some cucumbers and tomatoes Thursday. Those visiting in my home Friday was Justin and Tara Coonce and Jett then later on James and Gary Shelton came in when they quit work. Jo Stephens came by later that evening and brought me a gallon of vinegar and some tomatoes, as well as, Mark and Sherry Blakey and Mark Weston Blakey and little Alexia Blakey whose parents had gone canoeing.
George Blakey brought me some more green beans Saturday.
I went to town and got me some more fruit jars and vinegar and I went by Marie Dickey’s and picked up a colander from Wanda Huffman.
I attended Bill and Wanda Huffman’s anniversary party in the afternoon, looked like they had a good turn out and when I came out to come home it had been raining.
I didn’t look at my rain gauge that night, but I don’t think there was enough in it, but it rained Sunday morning and I ended up with two-tenths of an inch of rain.
Some of my church families need your prayers and all the others who are sick. Just keep them all in your prayers. My prayers and sympathy go out to all who have lost a loved one.
Keep our leaders and the men and women in the service and their families in your prayers.
Keep all the ones who are in training in the service in your prayers.
