Default having been made in the note described in and secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Ronald O. Littles an unmarried person, to Liberty Bank of Arkansas, on June 21, 2010, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on January 10, 2011, in Document Number 110043; a modification of the Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, on January 10, 2011, in Document Number 110044 and conveying to John F. Scott, Successor Trustee, the following described property located in Douglas County, Missouri, further described as follows, to wit:
The NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and all that part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ lying East of the Centerline of the County Road in Section 23, Township 25 North, Range 11 West. Subject to Public Roads and Easements as Located thereon, if any.
At the request of the legal holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Thursday, August 25, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., specifically at 1:00 p.m., sell the property at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the front door of the Douglas County Courthouse, City of Ava, Missouri, to satisfy said Note and costs.
