Del and Fanya Scott took Fanya’s parents, Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell, to the Caney Church grounds at Brown Branch to attend a family reunion of the late Ted and Odie Mitchell family. Those from Springfield were Barbara Ellison, Connie Hill and grandson, Skyler Hill. Mike, Diana, Travis Comstock an Charlie Gardner came from Wichita, Kansas; Roger, Brenda Mitchell and their daughters families, Randy, Nyana, Roger and Math Dunagan, Deana, Jessica, Breana Savage, Dana Brazeal from Wasola; Sharon, Norman and Terry Rush from Ava; Randall, Becky, Mitchell Cummings, Taylor Smith, Linda Combs, Gary and Connie Mitchell, Chase Bailey, Brett, Amanda, Montgomery Mitchell, Marty, Brock, McKenzie, Madison, Colt Mitchell, Jerry and Evelyn Mitchell Waymore who lives in Colorado were unable to attend. Everyone enjoyed a good dinner and visiting with each other. Randall Cummings took some of the younger children for a ride on his four-wheeler. Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell visited with Ted and Linda Bischoff.
